The concert series organized by the Evangeline Bluegrass and Traditional Music Festival Association continues every Wednesday until March 30 on the Evangeline Bluegrass Festival’s Facebook page with shows on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.

The third show of the series will take place this upcoming Wednesday, March 9, and will feature Island group Two + Three.  This group has been performing together for close to 12 years.  The band consists of Julie Arsenault (lead vocals & harmonies), Beatrice Arsenault (vocals & rhythm guitar), Michael Richard (mandolin and vocals) and David Albert (lead guitar).  For this performance, they will be joined by Dane Perry (bass). Together, they play a mix of Bluegrass and Old Country Music while bringing high energy and lots of fun to the stage.

This free show by Two + Three will be streamed this Wednesday, March 9, at 7 p.m. on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/FestivalBluegrassEvangeline. Each week, until March 30, a free virtual show will take place on Wednesday nights starting at 7 p.m. on our Facebook page. Over the course of the upcoming weeks, numerous artists will be featured, including the group Bluegrass Tradition from Nova Scotia (March 16), Shane Douthwright & The Virtuosos (March 23) and Janet McGarry & Wildwood (March 30).
