The next show during the Mont-Carmel Fall & Winter Concert Series, presented by the Coopérative de développement culturel et patrimonial de Mont-Carmel (CDCPMC), will take place virtually on Sunday, January 30 at 7 p.m. on its Facebook page.   This show will feature New Brunswick group Jessica Rhaye with Preeper & MacKay.

Jessica Rhaye with Preeper & MacKay is a Hampton New Brunswick trio comprised of award-winning songbird Jessica Rhaye, guitarist Bill Preeper and multi-instrumentalist Sandy MacKay. They began working together in the Bonnett House Collective and Jessica's rock'n'roll band The Ramshackle Parade. These three singer-songwriters work together in this acoustic trio, bringing lush 3-part harmonies and elegant accompaniment to the stage. It's folk music at its finest, pulling together works from Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan, Ian Tyson, old-time country and a mix of new original works. This group works in the folk tradition of Peter, Paul & Mary, using intricate vocals like Crosby Stills and Nash.

This free hour-long show featuring Jessica Rhaye with Preeper & MacKay will take place this Sunday at 7 p.m. on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CDCPMC.  Each week, until March 27, a free virtual show will take place on Sunday night on our Facebook page.
