Clammin 'N Jammin'

The Village musical acadien will be hosting its Clammin 'N Jammin' event on Saturday, September 18, at 6 p.m. This year, as a Signature Event of the Fall Flavours Festival 2021, you are welcome to an evening of tasting and culinary demonstrations with Chef Alain Bossé who will present his own lobster creation. He will also host the chef competition. You will be able to taste different dishes with bar clams as well as a variety of seafood dishes: oysters, mussels, seafood chowder and others. There will also be our traditional dishes such as meatpie, rapure and fricot. Entertainment will be provided by Gadelle, our excellent local musicians full of energy!
