The Mi-Carême (Mid-Lent) activity, which will take place as part of the Rendez-vous de la francophonie, will be held at the Village musical acadien on Friday, March 19 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. There will be musical entertainment with Caroline Bernard, Rémi Arsenault and their children as well as young step dancers who will perform a few steps to the sound of Samantha Arsenault's violin. Also, there will be a visit by the Mi-Carême character and a short session of laughter yoga given by Jeannita Bernard. In addition, a meal consisting of chicken fricot, rapure, galette blanche, dessert and fudge will be offered. Admission is free for all, but dinner prices are: $7.50 for the general public, $5 for children aged 12 and under, and $20 for a family. You are welcome to come in costumes. There will be prizes to be won. Come and have fun!
