Let’s do it for Tracy Fund

Let’s do it for Tracy Fund.

Tracy Arsenault, mother of 3 young men, grandmother of 3, wife, school bus driver for 19 years, amazing step-dancer and step dancing teacher, athletic person, active member of the Evangeline ATV Club and other community organisations was diagnosed with aggressive Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma cancer in June 2020. This form of cancer has caused her many physical and emotional turmoil. Her hospital stay was hard on her because of the Covid-19 regulations, that had limited or no visitation from family and friends. On top of this life-changing event, she lost her Dad on August 1st, 2020. Through these hard times, she remained positive, determined, and never lost her beautiful smile.
The cancer has caused problems with her vision, numbness in several parts of her body and she is now confined to a wheelchair. She was in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown for 89 days as of June 5th and is currently undergoing cancer treatment. She had a short stay in the Prince County Hospital in Summerside and was discharged on Monday September 7th and is finally home with her family and friends.

This means that her husband Jules, family, and friends will have to take care of her physical and emotional needs. Jules will have to make major renovations to their split-level home in Cape Egmont and stopped working to take care of his wife. Therefore, we are inviting their numerous friends and family to shower them with love and support through Let’s do it for Tracy Fund.

Together, we can do this by reaching our goal of $ 50 000 that will help with home renovations, a wheelchair lift, financial support for medical expenses, loss of wages and possibly purchasing an ‘Its not a wheelchair Rig” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuMg0QwKAGI (this Rig will enable her to continue to spend time in nature and be more independent where she loves to be) and also, other expenses that could cause financial burden on this family.
