$3,500 in scholarships to be won!

For the sixth consecutive year, the Prince Edward Island French Health Network will be awarding a $1,500 scholarship to two French-speaking students enrolled in a postsecondary health program. This year, the Network will also award a new $500 scholarship.

Awarding of scholarships

One scholarship will be awarded to an Island student entering the first year of a post-secondary health program for the 2020-2021 academic year. Another scholarship will be awarded to an Island health student who has completed the first year of his or her postsecondary program and will continue studying in the field.

Also, this year, a $500 scholarship will be awarded to a postsecondary French-speaking health student from outside the province who is studying in Prince Edward Island.

Students registering on the Health Network’s database will automatically be eligible for the 2020-2021 draw.

This database allows us to contact health students to provide them with internship opportunities as well as information on jobs available in Prince Edward Island. Future professionals can therefore be informed of employment opportunities at the end of their studies.

Registration

The contest closes on May 31, 2020. Names will be drawn at random in early June.
