This Sunday afternoon a special concert is taking place in Mont-Carmel titled "A Concert for Millie"!
Mildred “Millie” Savidant passed away on December 22, 2020, five days short of her 104th birthday. Millie was a regular face at our Summer Concert Series every summer and the family asked us to work with them to organize this special show.
During this show, 3 of Millie's favorite artists/groups will be taking the stage including Marcella Richard (with Patricia Richard & Roland Beaulieu), Fiddlers' Sons (Eddy Quinn, Keelin Wedge & John B. Webster) as well as Louise Arsenault (with Jonathan Arsenault & Helen Bergeron).
The show will start at 2 p.m. and the doors of the Mont-Carmel Parish Hall (5786 Route 11, Mont-Carmel) open at 1:15 p.m.
