MONT-CARMEL, PEI - May 4, 2023 - Following the unveiling of the "This Summer 2023" tourist guide, Productions Cuisine à Mémé is pleased to announce that its website is ready for the new summer season of shows and is filled with information and great deals for those who love music and comedy.

“Even though, with inflation, we are working hard at Productions Cuisine à Mémé to give you more options to save money and even though the price of food has increased incredibly since last year, Mémé is pleased to announce that La Cuisine à Mémé dinner-theatre will be able to maintain last year's prices for its eight presentations this summer,” says company owner Paul D. Gallant. “The price will be $45.22 plus tax for adults and we’ll offer reduced prices for seniors, students and groups of 10 or more.”

This fantastic show will play on July 14, 15, 18, 19, 28, 29 and Aug. 1 and 2 only. On the menu: all-you-can-eat French biscuits (galettes blanches), Acadian fricot, the Acadian variety platter of meatpie, râpure and hominy corn, topped off with cake with whipped cream.

And that's not all because there is something new in Mont-Carmel this summer. The shows La Wake à Gélas (playing 12 times starting July 11) and the tribute show to Angèle Arsenault, Y'a une étoile (August 8 to 12 only) will be cafés-theatres.

"A café-theatre does not offer a full meal, but rather a delicious and ample snack. We'll have all-you-can-eat French biscuits (galettes blanches), a plate of Island cheeses and a plate of Acadian cookies and squares. All this with tea, coffee and bar service, of course. But the best part is the opportunity to give customers another option with a base price of $30 plus tax and again, discounted prices for seniors, students and groups of 10 or more," adds Gallant.
