Christmas Dinner Show with Catherine MacLellan

On Saturday, December 17 at 6:30 p.m., the Village musical acadien in Abram-Village will present island artist Catherine MacLellan (daughter of the legendary Gene MacLellan) with her Christmas show, interspersed with a delicious three-course Christmas dinner prepared by Chef Greg Arsenault, assisted by Sous Chef Jonathan Dugay. On the menu, there will be parsnip and roasted carrot soup, chicken stuffed with cranberries and orange chutney, parsnip latkes, and for dessert, eggnog crème brûlée.

As for the show portion of the evening, folk singer-songwriter Catherine MacLellan, winner of a Juno Award and numerous awards from the East Coast Music Awards and the Canadian Folk Music Awards, will be accompanied by the incomparable guitarist Nick Gauthier. She'll perform beloved classics, self-written Christmas songs, and some rare gems. A special guest, Tanya Davis, will join them on stage.
