Captain Greg Gallant with the PEI Regiment Museum will give a talk in English at the Acadian Museum in Miscouche on November 20 at 2 p.m. During his presentation, he will talk about PEI's military bases, the work done on the home front to support the war, naval ships that were given PEI names, the youngest soldier killed in Europe, etc. The public is asked to bring photos, medals, uniforms or other objects with which they need help with identification. From now until the 20th, the public is also invited to visit the temporary exhibit "Mobilization: PEI and the Second World War" on display in the Museum's lobby.
