The Village musical acadien is pleased to offer you a delicious meal at the Resto-Bar La Trappe, at 6 p.m., to celebrate Valentine's Day. The new head chef of the Village musical acadien, Andrew Fisk, has prepared a special four-course menu:  freshly shucked oysters, raw or baked, on the half shell;  chef’s salad - spring mix lettuce served with feta cheese, fresh strawberries, red onion with a balsamic vinaigrette and topped with toasted walnuts; pan-seared chicken supreme with a maple cream sauce accompanied by oven-roasted baby red potatoes, fresh asparagus and carrots; and a decadent chocolate mousse served with a strawberry coulis and a white chocolate-dipped strawberry.
