Maddix Contractors Ltd. Is offering all participants of the 13th Annual Acadian Golf Tournament, Sept. 9, an opportunity to win this Milwaukee cordless hammer drill and impact driver combo kit, with charger and carrying case, worth $500. Those wishing to try to win it will have to participate in a little contest at a designated hole. Jason Maddix, owner of Maddix Contractors, was quite pleased to present the prix to event coordinator Jeannette Gallant. The tournament will be held at Glasgow Hill Golf Course in New Glasgow, starting at 12:30 p.m., once again as a fundraiser for the PEI Regional Committee of Les Jeux de l’Acadie. It is organized jointly by the committee and the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI.
